By using the Split Drivers website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.


Our services

We provide reservations for the following services:



All bookings must be made in advance. We do not accept walk-in customers.



Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. The full fare will be charged if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance.



Prices and payment options are subject to agreement before the ride itself. The agreed price can be changed only if you change the agreed ride details.



    Refunds will only be issued if a booking is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.



    Split Drivers is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during service.



    You agree to indemnify and hold Split Drivers harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Split Drivers website and services.


      Entire Agreement

      These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Split Drivers with respect to the use of the Split Drivers website and services.
